Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accessing any part of the cantonautobodyma website, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. cantonautobodyma reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of This Site

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from cantonautobodyma. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the purchase is legal in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

cantonautobodyma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or order errors caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer.

Our total liability in any dispute is capped at the value of the individual order in question. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.

Intellectual Property

All product photography, descriptions, brand names, and site content are the property of cantonautobodyma or its licensed suppliers. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Order Cancellations

Custom-configured orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation. After production begins, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.

Standard in-stock orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once a tracking number is assigned, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the returns process if applicable.

Third-Party Manufacturers

Products are manufactured by third-party factories. cantonautobodyma verifies material compliance and quality standards but is not the original manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the buyer.

Data Security

Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. cantonautobodyma does not store credit card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Your Rights

Customers in the EU and UK retain statutory consumer rights that these terms do not override. If any clause conflicts with applicable law in your jurisdiction, that clause is void to the extent of the conflict.

Changes to Terms

Updated terms will be posted on the cantonautobodyma website with an effective date. The most current version always governs. Last updated: January 2026.
